At Broxham Bear Logistics Onsite Training, we provide nationally accredited training Courses for the following: Lifting, Construction and Agricultural Equipment, as well as First Aid, Fire Fighting and Occupational Health & Safety training to employers & employees across the Western Cape, and across South Africa and abroad.
Our unique and interesting training can be done English, Afrikaans and Xhosa, on request our accreditation are with SAQA, TETA, CETA and the Department of Labour, and our Department of Labour and Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993.
Our aim is to uplift people, giving them the knowledge & skills and a greater understanding of their role in the workplace. We want to change peoples (Attitudes)
We want them to understand their Job criteria better, opening their eyes to see potential risk, Danger and Occupational Health Hazards, to provide a skill to uplift and to give people some sort of sense of pride something they can be proud about.
I want people to take Pride in themselves, I want to help change the mind sets (Attitudes) a lot of people have lost that sense of Pride, we need to fix’s this (Attitude) of people to take pride in what they do and to look after themselves and Your Business and, Your Infrastructure, and that both parties see each other as assists to one another.
